Serious question: how much less toxic are fries if I cook them at home with tallow? Which I do maybe twice a year.

Not toxic but fat & carbs together is fattening, but that depends on how much you eat.

Good thing I don't eat French fries. The only potato I eat is a small amount of microwaved cubes with no additives except a bit of salt.
