So how are you to understand the Speakman v Hulbert ideas about basal energy?

Good interview! Krill Oil has a strong & positive effect on my 'mood' and is anxiolytic for me as well. I've recently started moderate doses of DHA-heavy fish oil, and an injured shoulder and creaky knees are much more comfortable for typical day-to-day movement and exercise as well.
