tl;dr: Does any one at Substack use Substack?

So if you have sent me one of these notes, and have noticed that I have not responded, I apologize.

When I click “Reply” basically nothing happens, and I can’t find where these live.

I see them on my phone or when I click on the ‘Dashboard’ in Substack.
